So.. yes.. after a very long absence, I am back to using Xanga. I will hopefully be able to keep up with it better this time.
Life is still moving. I finished up my pre-req for Nursing at Our Lady of the Lake college this past summer, and am now in the process of applying for clinicals. I am nervous, but hopeful. I hope all who read this will be in prayer for me.
Other than that, I am just working and spending loads of time reading, and spending time with the b/f. Yes, the same one. We make 7 years in about two weeks.
Let me know how everyone is. I miss all my LC buds. Hope life is treating you well.

| hello fellow xanga buddies... Nothing exciting really going on except that I am working a whole lot these days..
Oh wait.. there is one new exciting addition to my life.. my new 12" Powerbook. I bought it from a certified Apple Tech here in town, for a mere 900$. May seem like a lot, but when the actual retail value is 1599$ just for the computer alone, 900$ looks so sweet. With my new comp, the deal also included the case that is exact fit, a bluetooth wireless mouse, and microsoft office for Macs.
I am so excited. I have only had it a couple of days and it is already my baby. I have already named her MiniMe, because she is so tiny and cute like me.

Shout out to all my MS friends! I had a great time Tuesday night, I am glad I got to see u all. I will come up soon to the great city of Clinton.

| hello fellow xanga buddies!
I know I have disappeared so it seems, but I am still here just working at CC's and making money. Nothing exciting has really happened, except that Jonathan got a job at Starbucks and we now work at rival companies. Yeah.. work has been interesting since they all found out. The jokes are endless.
I miss everyone from LC so much! I did not realize how much I would miss college life. I miss the late movie nights, the late night runs to Wally World, and laughing and giggling till all hours of the night. Here in BR, things are very monotonous. Work, eat, sleep, hang out a little... same ole, same ole.. but u know.. when i do get some time off from work, I enjoy the time I spend out on the town with jonathan and friends. I just miss the continual presence of friends.

| Wow.. fellow xanga buddies! I am a college graduate. Yes, I, me... finally I can enter the real world with the paperwork to prove that I am qualified to face the job industry.
This past week has been full of activity. My sister was in for the week and we did everything.. it seemed. We painted pottery, got pedicures, made dinner, went antiqueing with my mom. Mounds of activity... Jonathan came home and terrel arrived. We ate & ate & ate & ate... so much food. I am now going on a huge diet.
Then it was time to graduate. I left BR at around 7 am to arrive in Pineville around 9:30. I lined up, sat through the rather long speeches, and then walked and shook hands with the president. I was on cloud 9 afterward .. i was so excited about finally getting my degree. I had worked so hard for so long. Especially with having to take incompletes and finish those courses.. all that came together in one moment. All my hard work and nights of no sleep.. paid off. I may not have made Cum Laude.. but I was more thankful to be Thank U Laude... hehehehe... but honestly.. if not for the Lord Jesus and his strength I could not have made it to graudation and accomplished all i have dreamed of.
Thanks to all the people who have helped and encouraged me along the way. I am so lucky to have such great people in my life.
But now.. back to real life and work.. and just to spite me.. life has thrown me a cold to deal with. Yeah.. great isn't it. But ... i did arrange to get off a little early tonite.. that should help some.. i hope.

| Wild and crazy times at the ole' homestead of LC! There was tons of food, laughs, hugs.. it was great to see everyone.. Now with all my ducks in a row.. i can walk across the stage on Saturday a College Graduate.
Back here in Red Stick.. I am back to work. My sister is in for the week before grad. Jonathan is coming home on Wednesday. Mucho happiness here. I love having my whole family here for a while.
Oh.. by the way... I always thought I had the best boyfriend ever... and i was proven right tonite.. because for my graduation he surprised me with tickets to Michael Buble here in BR. I can't believe it.. I.. me.. get to see Michael Buble.. in July... He and Josh Groban are the two people that I have almost all of their cds... so of course.. i would want to see them in concert if blessed with the oppurtunity. Last year, one part of the dream came true and i saw Josh Groban.. thanks to mom, now.. I get to fulfill the rest of the dream and see my other favorite man... MICHAEL BUBLE' .... awesome....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This week is going to be such a blast.. with my sis in town and graduation this weekend.. what an exciting time.
